To acquire a healthy weight, our health coaches provide a positive and supportive environment to support you in achieving a healthy weight and mind. In addition to our sessions together, we may incorporate hypnosis and NLP to assist in achieving your goals. We find that incorporating as many tools in assisting our clients helps encourage and support a positive and reachable outcome.

We can show you a way of eating, learning, and living that puts you on the path toward Optimal Health. Here’s what you can expect:

In our conversations together, we will establish a basis of what your current eating habits consist of so we can create a healthy eating plan that can be attained in a way that is comfortable and within reach. We also focus on uncovering what triggers that may be eliciting any overeating. This helps us create an initial starting point to give you the tools necessary to create new eating patterns and a healthier mental picture. We believe this is vital to your success and achievement because a healthy mindset will create a healthy eating perspective and therefore, will bring out the results you want to achieve your goals.

Our coaching also includes teaching you what healthy foods to eat, what types of snacks will support your weight loss, and how often you should eat. We also include support and encouragement throughout this process and with our step-by step instructions we are positive it will elicit and sustain a healthy mind, and a healthy new viewpoint on your body and vision.

Although we encourage Take Shape For Life products, we also know how important it is to know how to choose the right foods to eat and we will teach you all that you need to know to become and create your own success story.
